Associate/ Sr. Associate Private Equity

Experience/ Education:
• Chartered Accountant / MBA from a leading B-School
• Senior Associate: 10 years of operating experience in industry or consulting
• Associate: 5-8 years of operating experience in industry or consulting
• Any prior experience in M&A or investing would be an advantage

Other requirements:
• Sound knowledge of balance sheets, P&L and cash flow statements including financial modeling skills corporate finance principles and practices;
• Excellent communication skills including writing skills;
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to details;
• Experience of leading/working with a team of professionals in a highly demanding environment; often working under severe time pressure;
• Ability to travel extensively;
• Outstanding professional references required
