Position- Product Manager- New Acquisition Marketing and Events.
Experience- 3-6 Yrs
Location- Gurgaon
Candidate Profile
* Will be responsible for enabling acquisition of defined leads for new client acquisition via various events, local tie-ups, marketing and brand building initiatives.
* Will be responsible for assessing program effectiveness for new client acquisition.
* Will be responsible for co-ordination with branches for designing their local events calendar and guide them on 'winning' strategy on events based effectiveness.
* Will support regions centrally for co-ordination of these events along with the marketing team
* Will be responsible for event/invite penetration across various category of clients and would monitor branches follow the same. This would be required to be done by an external agency.
* Will be responsible for all central marketing related communication to be done across regions
* Key coordinating point for all central marketing/events conceptualization and roll out to regions.
* Will be responsible for planning of yearly marketing budgets along with marketing team and segment and adherence on spent on a month-month basis
* Will be responsible for brand uniformity across branches and will support them centrally to achieve the same
* Will highlight success of various events and marketing promos to the team via a monthly newsletter.
* Will be responsible for all international reporting on events and marketing strategies.
* Will be responsible for managing a call center for leads warming and distribution to regions.
PERSON Details
* Minimum 3 years experience in financialservices sales/marketing function from organizations of repute. An immediate product role would be preferred. Must have displayed growth in previous assignments. Must have experience in relationship management and/or sales. Must be familiar with financial/investment products.
Key Skill Areas:
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Team Player and excellent coordination skills
* Should have a balanced combination of cerebral and action orientation.
Educational Specifications: MBA or Post Graduate
