Retailing Prescription growth for OTC business 2. Lead the growth in coverage (width, depth & quality) of HCPs & retail chemist & drive robustness of the process till all levels. 3. Business Plan & Reviews. 4. Work with trade marketing to maximize opportunities. 5. Review the regional business with AMs. 6. Motivation and building a culture of high performance in his team through performance review processes and in market reviews. IV. KEY RESULT AREAS 1. National retailing and prescriptions - % achievement to targets and % growth vs. Targets. 2. No. On Area Manager on targets 3. No. Of days working in the market with reference to the journey plan. 4. Improvement in distribution indices - A. Coverage expansion against plan (Outlets and town coverage) B. No. Of Doctors met C. No. Of CME's conducted D. No. Of Chemists met and detailed. 5. Delivery against specific projects undertaken 6. Percentage of people on target 7. No. Of days worked in the market with the objective to understand and review the business. V.
