An infrastructure development company (into roads, ports, rail, airports, SEZ etc) is looking for a senior finance professional to be
based in DELHI. The candidate must be MBA / CA and have a minimum 15 years workex and must have following skills:
1. Long Term Debt financing, modeling and mobilization of funds from
domestic and international markets.
2. Must be able to conceptualise innovative structured deals
3. SPV financing – IM preparation, fund release and handling auditors,
lenders etc
4. Private Equity raising experience is desirable
5. Good relationship with financial institutions
6. Knowledge and experience of FEMA / RBI guidelines
7. Tax planning abilities and knowledge of impact of debt/equity financing on Balance Sheet
8. Working knowledge of commercial contracts
The position reports directly to Director Finance and profile hasreportings from taxation, accounts etc (effectively the position will
groom to CFO profile).
