Position: Consultant/Project Leader - HR

Location: Mumbai
The incumbent will be a part of the organization development practice of the firm which helps clients align their people strategies to their business goals. Projects will be in the areas of organization development, talent management, change management, competency mapping and capability development etc. Clients will be across sectors like retail, FMCG, Oil, Auto, Chemicals etc and can be based within or outside the country.
Specifications:
· MBA HR from XLRI | TISS | SCMHRD only
· 2005 and above batches for the Project Lead role either with consulting experience or OD related experience on the corporate HR side.
· 2006/2007 batches for the Consultant's role
