Position: Associate Vice President
Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience/ Education:
- Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) from a premier B-School,
- 5-8 years in frontline Investment Banking roles.
Skills:
- Sound knowledge of investment banking principles and practices;
- Track record of independently closing investment transactions on the buy and/or sell side;
- Strong network with venture capital funds/private equity investors;
- Experience of leading a team of professionals;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Understanding of social investment space desirable.
Job responsibilities:
- Working with the team during the selling stage and delivery part of multi-stage engagements;
- Building on relationships with potential and existing national and international clients;
- Managing multiple roles that includes business development, client relationship management, team building, and project delivery;
- Relevant national and international field travel and exposure as and when required.
