Manager - Online marketing - MNC Bank

Context:
Its marketing team aims to increase customer adoption of Direct Channels
(internet banking and website, ATM, mobile, call centre). Focus on increased
usage of online, ATMs and Call Centres as preferred sales channel as well as
a transaction/service fulfillment channel. Increase effectiveness of
marketing on its website. Requires a Manager to drive its online marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Drive channel usage: Work directly with various functional business units to
develop and implement new Internet usage strategies that deliver on goals to
increase the channel usage Increase penetration within the non registered
base, increasing activation of the registered base and increasing uptake of
key transactions/ services within the Internet Banking channel Manage
channel migration and transaction mix and action plans to optimize the same.
Dormancy and reactivation models - test the models and refine them basis
results
Transaction revenue: Generate transaction revenue from the channel by
building usage of the revenue generating transactions. Drive effective and
efficient marketing campaign execution
Campaign Management: Drive effective and efficient marketing campaign
execution. End to end management of campaigns - conceptualisation,
communication development, obtaining stakeholder approvals, campaign launch,
ongoing campaign management to optimise results, post implementation review
and gathering customer feedback to identify future campaign improvements.
Supporting marketing activities - Reporting, Complaint resolution, billing,
updating of collaterals, vendor/ agency management, coordination with
internal departments.
Other Channel Usage: Support marketing initiatives to build usage for the
other channels - Call Centre, Mobile, ATMs.

Hiring profile:
MBA from leading business school, with 4-6 years of relevant experience,
ideally from BFSI. Else may be from Digital Agency but managing  BFSI
clients.  May also be Ecommerce/ travel/money transfer type of businesses
which are highly internet enabled.  Deep online campaign management
absolutely a must. Strong analytical and communication skills. Creative
appreciation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player, collaborative style with strong business focus.
