Senior Manager – Finance
Role
To manage all aspects of financial systems and reporting processes, The role reports to the Finance Director, India.
Duties / Responsibilities:
· Review and maintain General Ledger to provide statutory and financial reports as per STPI and SEZ requirements.
· Finalisation of Annual Financial Statements and liaison for statutory audit thereof.
· Routine tax (direct and indirect including TDS and FBT) compliances, returns and assessments.
· Overseeing and posting accounting entries in SUN System.
· Maintain, administer and develop the SunSystems Accounting , Order Processing and reporting system
· Develop financial reports and the reporting processes to ensure the system(s) can provide the required financial reports, KPIs and analysis
· Develop budgeting, forecasting and business planning systems and processes
· Produce monthly management reporting pack.
· Treasury operations for India operations entailing receipt of funding/ revenues from overseas companies and optimal deployment and utilisation of funds.
· Liaison with regulatory authorities for STPI, SEZ, RBI, Income Tax, Service Tax, Custom and Excise, VAT etc.
· Supporting group reporting as per guidelines provided by the group.
Qualification and Experience required:
- Professionally Qualified (CA) accountant with 6 to 8 years of experience in the IT/ITES sector.
- Experience of SunSystems or equivalent package – as a user and (preferable) implementation
- Excellent MS Excel skill, Experience in the design and implementation of management reporting systems and processes, Good communication and managerial skills
Preferred candidate would be someone who has had a generalist experience in finance and accounting covering accounting, treasury, MIS and statutory. Preferred background would be IT/ITES. Should have understanding of STPI and SEZ formalities and should have had experience in transfer pricing work.

The incumbent will be responsible for leading the complete innovations process for a specific product category starting from concept development to its market launch. This will involve working in cross functional project teams and driving the responsibility for adhering to timelines. In order to identify unique insights for brand development and then test its market feasibility, the Innovations manager will need to work closely with various teams like Insights, R&D and Sales etc.
