There is General Management opening at a telecom startup based out of Bangalore. The company is founded by an IIT Alumnus who holds a Doctorate and has more than 20 Years of experience abroad. The company is founded to develop advanced products for telecommunications industry. Currently, the firm has a small team of 9 Engineers and a Business Manager from IIM.
The company is heading for the next growth phase. There is a opening for "General Management" role which would require the person to handle the company's next growth phase by taking care of all the operations, processes involved. In future the person can choose his/her choice of functionality. Fresh grads out of IIMs are preferred, although requirement for senior positions is open for the future.
