Position: Lead – Operations Consulting for growing BOP businesses

Location: Hyderabad, India
 
Experience/ Education:
•  6 -10 years as a SBU lead in Operations Consulting, experience in the financial services  space in India desirable
•  MBA from a premier B-School 
Skills:
•  Demonstrated ability of leading independent business units including accountability for unit's revenue targets and profitability
•  Experience of undertaking internal, team development initiatives preferably in a consulting or banking environment  
•  Appreciation of the BOP and social entrepreneurship space
•  Ability to work with key decision makers and senior management of growing BOP organizations 
•  Excellent communication and analytical skills
•  Ability to undertake business development and generate new service offerings for large BOP businesses 
Job responsibilities:
•  Consolidate the operations consulting practice at Intellecap while being part of the strategic leadership team of the company; 
•  Building on relationships with potential and existing national and international clients;
•  Managing multiple  roles  that  includes  business  development,  client  relationship management,  team  building  and mentorship,  and project delivery;
•  Relevant national and international field travel and exposure as and when required.
