It is now expanding its current offerings in the Indian markets. We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Business Development Manager who thrives as an entrepreneur. The candidate should be a motivated visionary who is passionate about successfully introducing the company's Value Proposition to the leadership of target client organizations.
Core Competencies:
1. Responsible for building a sales organization including establishing, planning, directing and maintaining the overall policies and goals for business development
2. Knack for opening doors and qualifying opportunities
3. Ability to network and work your way to a client while evolving and nurturing the existing relationships
4. Manage the process from the first call to the signature on the contract (complete Sales cycle – from cold call, sales pitch, to closing, client development and account maintenance)
5. Keep track of industry trends, identify new opportunities and have an entrepreneurial spirit
6. Develop metrics reporting
7. Ability to successfully interact with other areas of the company and demonstrate a strong team orientation.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Self-driven, motivated, positive attitude and a strong work ethic is a must
10. Experience: About 3 to 5 relevant years
11. MBA from a premier Business School
12. Some travel maybe required
13. Location: Hyderabad
14. Tentative date of in-person interviews will be around middle of May when the US team will be visiting
