Position: Lead – Advisory to businesses at the BOP , Intellecap (www.intellecap.net)
Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience/ Education:
• 10 -18 years as a SBU lead in strategy or process consulting; experience in BOP-focused work especially in the financial services space in India desirable
• MBA from a premier B-School
Skills:
• Demonstrated ability of leading independent business units including accountability for unit's revenue targets and profitability
• Experience of undertaking internal, team development initiatives preferably in a consulting environment
• Understanding and appreciation of the BOP and social entrepreneurship space
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to undertake business development and incubate new business ideas in the identified work space
Job responsibilities:
• As part of the strategic leadership team, consolidate Intellecap's work with BOP businesses and expand the practice;
• Build on relationships with potential and existing national and international clients;
• Managing multiple roles that includes business development, client relationship management, team building and mentorship, and project delivery;
• Relevant national and international field travel and exposure as and when required.
