Company is India's first real-time web/mobile platform for medical consultation portal in the country, aiming to bring the healthcare service provider and customer together on a web and mobile-based platform, partly by providing a panel of doctors who will provide consultation online, on live chat. This position is based out of Bangalore, travel involved. Salary range is market benchmarked but negotiable based on candidate.

Job description
Top management, work with/ reporting to CEO
Provide strategic vision, overall direction and leadership to Sales, BD, Marketing
Grow revenues
Propel market placement
Identify opportunities, programs and alliances, including those that are strategic to the enterprise
Offer perspectives with understanding of contemporary business conditions
Develop teams and wide range of successful product sales and marketing system, strategies and programs

Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic relationships with current and potential clients.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, service mix, and timescales.
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/ prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales

Desired Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should be an MBA from a reputed Institute with experience of at least 10 years in Business Development preferably in selling to US Healthcare Industry.
He/ she should be able to develop business in the service lines of Long-term care BPO, Medical Coding, Transcription, Billing etc...
