Retail Resolution Analytics- Job Description
Experience:2-5 yrs
Knowledge and Practical exposure in the following aspects:
* Identifying factors influencing repayments
* Trend analysis for settlement of cases
* Segregating good and poor repayment based on multiple identification factors
* Review of transactions/approvals/
deviations through exception report review by setting up and designing dynamic triggers/parameters to flag suspect transactions
* Data mining & analysis of Fraudulent Data to identify new fraud trends and patterns
* Predictive Analysis process improvements and re-engineering
* Trainings of Internal & External Units
* Feedback to Policy & Business
* maintaining accurate MIS for management decisions
* Exposure to Statistical/Analytics/Risk Modeling will be preferred
