Job Description/Profile:
- 4 to 6 years of experience on IT projects as a Business Analyst
- At least 2 years experience on large sized IT projects in the LifeInsurance domain
- Experience in preparing Test cases and carrying out functional Testing
- Ability to translate the functional needs to the technical team
- Pro-active problem solving attitude
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- The individual must be a self-starter with strong problem solving skills
- Help development team in creating Physical data model from conceptual data model
- Experience in using tools for testing
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Experience working on Agile methodology projects will be an advantage ..
