Position: Lead – Strategic business advisory for BOP businesses, www.intellecap.net
Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience/ Education:
•6 -10 years as a SBU lead in SME or micro enterprise consulting or in business incubation, exposure to rural and community based
enterprises preferred
•MBA from a premier B-School
Skills:
•Demonstrated ability of leading independent business units including accountability for unit's revenue targets and profitability
•Experience of undertaking internal, team development initiatives preferably in a consulting or business incubation environment
Appreciation of the start up businesses in the BOP/ social entrepreneurship space
•Ability to mentor the team to work with startup entrepreneurs and develop appropriate service offerings
•Excellent communication and analytical skills
•Ability to create new business and funding towards incubating small businesses
Job responsibilities:
•Consolidate the small business consulting practice at Intellecap while being part of the strategic leadership team of the company;
•Building on relationships with potential and existing national and international clients;
•Managing multiple roles that includes business development, client relationship management, team building and mentorship, and
project delivery;
•Relevant national and international field travel and exposure as and when required.
