Position Description: Associate Partner to oversee operations of a Consumer/ Retail firm
Our client had made substantial investments in a Consumer / Retail organization that is involved in sourcing / distribution of a wide array of consumer goods within India . Heavily marketing driven , this organizations is a cusp between a service & consumer good set-up .

We are looking for an Associate Partner , who would oversee management & operations of the investee organization . The role would entail advising the promoter on issues pertaining to Product mix, marketing spent, supply chain management, customer support and HR related policies . This is in effect the De Facto SBU head role but being managed through the Investor. This role will also expand to:
Devising organizational strategy & annual & quarterly plans
Financial management
People management
Business expansion

Location: Saudi Arabia 

Main Tasks:
(1)   Setting up Retention/Top Up program data mining and analytics
(2)   Product program
(3)   Monitor product profitability and key product drivers, help business in formulating risk based pricing.
(4) Drafting Product Programs for Consumer Finance, both secured and unsecured loan products.
(5)  Look at market opportunities, map consumer finance products to market.
(6) Ensure unique product offerings which will distinguish Emirates Bank consumer finance from the market.
(7)  Coordinate with credit and risk for approving the product propositions.
(8)Coordinate with sales and marketing for successful product launches and monitor progress.
(9) Train sales force on product features, monitor productivity.

 
Qualification & Experience:
Masters/Bachelors qualification is Mandatory

Finance opening - Infrastructure

based in DELHI. The candidate must be MBA / CA and have a minimum 15 years workex and must have following skills:

1. Long Term Debt financing, modeling and mobilization of funds from

2. Must be able to conceptualise innovative structured deals
3. SPV financing – IM preparation, fund release and handling auditors,
lenders etc
4. Private Equity raising experience is desirable
5. Good relationship with financial institutions

7. Tax planning abilities and knowledge of impact of debt/equity financing on Balance Sheet

Requirements:

We require Senior Associates and Managers who meet the following criteria:

· Minimum post-qualification experience of 3-5 years (Senior Associates) and 6+ years (Managers) mainly in Corporate Finance advisory. Preference will be given to candidates who have handled/played significant roles in equity/debt advisory, mergers and acquisitions and similar nature of transactions.
· You should also be a strong project manager and a good team player, who is highly adaptable to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast changing and demanding client environment.
· You should also be able to demonstrate the ability to think strategically and be familiar with risk management issues. Skills in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet modeling, use of Microsoft PowerPoint, are necessary.
· You need to have the attitude and willingness to learn, engage in constructive discussions, proactively provide solutions, take responsibility to take and deliver a transaction from start to finish;
· Travel is required, mostly within the GCC region.
