we have got an excellent opening with Standard Chartered Scope International, Chennai for the position of Sr.Mgr/AVP/VP-HR. They are looking for a candidate preferrably from a Tier 1 institutions and organisation. Scope has many entity like, Finanancial Services, HR Services, IT/ITES Services, Global Services and Direct Banking. Each entity has many sub divisions and for each sub divisions a seperate HR manager is taking care of hr activities.
The role of this position is to head entire Entity and directly reporting to the Director HR,Mr. Chandrasekar Bengali a product of XLRI. Mr. Chandrasekar is Head for all the entity and also for Standard Chartered Bank. He is with Scope for 16 yrs. The role is generalist with more specific to Compensation, Resourcing, Alliance HR with bussiness. Remuneration is not a constraint for the potential candidate. Candidate should willing to relocate to Chennai.
