Profile for the Head – SRC
- Chemistry or Chemical Engineering background is a must
- Post graduation in Management is desirable
- Having worked as a Business head of an R & D function or an Investment banker or an Pharma analyst
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Strong team player
- Should have interacted with at least 10 Scientist team in the past
- Be able to handle and lead a group of Scientists
- Strong Business analytical skill is desirable
Profile for the CMO:
- Post graduation in Management is a must
- Exposure to Formulation business a must
- Having worked as a Business head of a Generic/API company or an Investment banker or an Pharma analyst
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Strong team player
- Strong Business analytical skill is a must
- Strong Generic/API Market knowledge
- Networking in the Generic/API industry
- Lead Territory Heads North America, EU,Latin America/South America, India, APAC & Japan
- Exposure to North America, EU & Japan is a must for API
- P&L Responsibility
Desirable:
- Chemistry or Chemical Engineering background is desirable
- IP Knowledge is preferable
- Foreign language is desirable
Note: Except CRAMS business and Finished Dosage everything will fall into CMO's responsibility.
Chief Finance Officer:
– Exposed to US GAAP
– International accounts
– Costing Knowledge
– Must have implemented tools like SAP, ORACLE etc
– Handling day to day ops
– Process Driven & Result Oriented
