SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
Handling both sales and marketing division
Guiding GM Sales and GM Marketing in day to day activity
Incumbents would be in charge of formulating marketing strategy, setting targets, media planning, competition strategy, Branding & competition analysis. The head marketing would also be overall in charge of meeting revenue targets.
franchising: Initiating a franchise business model applicable for rural India, which is being piloted at the moment at various parts in India as well as abroad
Streamlining Process, New Initiatives: Conceptualizing and initiating nursing and community training up- gradation program new projects in public health domain
Community hospitals network: Formulating strategy to do business tie up for healthcare/ pathological testing and various type of diagnostics, tie up for clinical research and other R & D related business with major pharma and healthcare industry.
