We represent an Executive Search firm called Positive Moves. We are currently working on a position of VP Marketing for one our Life Insurance clients, based in Mumbai. We are looking at senior Marketing professionals who have been associated with very brands/companies & have had a very strong strategic and hands on experience, on developing /building the Corporate Brand identify as well as Product strategy, in their career . The incumbent will be responsible for realigning the complete Marketing strategy and linking it better with the business processes & objectives. The role will involve complete ownership of ATL/BTL and:
* Defining the brand strategy and market positioning for the company. Will need to work towards increasing brand awareness and consideration scores through multiple brand and channel initiatives.
* Developing media strategy to ensure clear communication through Press, Radio and Outdoor. Ensures all communication is in line with the overall
brand strategy.
* Initiating and monitoring research to capture consumer and customer insights, facilitates decision making in line with findings. Planing and leading implementation of marketing support activities for distribution channels; including new product launches.
*Providing support in developing sales aids and collaterals. Supporting conceptualization and execution of contests, conventions and reward & recognition activities
