Role/ Position: HR consultant/ senior consultant
Organization: One of the leading management consulting firms – assignments spreading across operations, strategy, supply chain; besides in the areas of HR and Change management consulting. The organization has aggressive growth plans, excellent track record and strong business pipeline in the HR & Management consulting field.
Location: Mumbai, NCR (Delhi area)- mostly domestic consulting projects (Indian region), however international opportunities will be available in certain assignments
Job Responsibilities:
· Predominantly client delivery and support in business development. Senior consultants will be required to spearhead business development initiatives in a few instances
· Data analysis and decision making to present alternatives to clients- providing implementation / facilitation support at the client site
· Enabling change management revolving around the recommended solutions
· HR projects dealing in Organization Structure, PMS, Competency based processes- including development centres and fitment exercises
· Projects can also involve conceptualizing/ designing recruitment systems, PMS, assessing employee engagement and training exposure
· Lead the members of the team and delegation/ review of work- in senior consultant role
Qualifications:
• Masters in Human Resources from a reputed B-school
• 1-5 years of experience in HR areas (fitment will depend on experience). Exposure in HR processes, systems, policies, structure will be beneficial.
• Prior consulting experience will also be beneficial. However candidates with no consulting background but possessing a flair for consulting will be more than welcome!
