KRA-The person will work closely with the Country Head to execute entry strategies for a Financial Services MNC in India, liaise between country office and existing businesses in India to study and analyse the businesses and recommend strategies for improvement.
The person will support the Country Head in interfacing with regulatory and industry bodies, and Indian Corporates for potential business opportunities as well as in furthering the interests of co. in India
The person should be a MBA from a premier institution with 4-8 yrs of experience in the financial services industry. Similar experience across a range of financial services businesses such as insurance, asset management and con finance would be preferred. Strong communication skills is a must for interactions with senior business leaders across the globe.
