recruit a Senior Manager Human Resources. This is an HR Generalist role
with the following KRA's.
a.. Develop a deep appreciation of the business and the industry to be
able to contribute in designing the organisations overall HR strategy,
customized to the Company's unique needs
b.. Responsible for assessing potential assessments, building
succession plans and providing developmental/career feedback to
employees.
c.. Facilitating the entire performance management process, leading calibration & compensation and benefits discussions across India.
d.. Drive and lead employee engagement.
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to : AVP - Human Resources
We are seeking candidates with an experience of 5-6 years post their
MBA Degree. Candidates from institutes such as XLRI, TISS, Symbiosis
