Job Description:
§ Work on initiatives in the areas of Financial Controls, Risk Management and Audit & Compliance
§ Understand key business drivers and thereafter provide recommendations on Bank's strategy in the above areas
§ Conduct Project Appraisal/Due Diligence on Investment opportunity with focus on risk-return analysis
§ Conducting analysis for validation of financial projections using various parameters
§ Carry out an independent appraisal of the effectiveness & efficiency of the business processes in line with the company's policies, procedures and standards by which the Company's financial, physical and information resources are managed.
§ Provide to the Bank's Management and various committees, opinions and recommendations on internal controls, process improvement / streamlining
Manage, own and continually improve all the processes related to vendor management and finance function for IT at Yes Bank. Indicative but not limited list of these responsibilities is

§ Manage sourcing and selection process (including negotiations)
