Job Summary:-
The position is responsible to give support in crafting plans for both the pre- games and games time activities. The position reports to Chief Operating Officer/ Director Planning. The position is contractual in nature for two years with the Organising Commitee.
Key Accountabilities:-
* Translate functional requirements into process flows and support in IT enablement.
* Support in crafting plans for both the pre- games and games time activities.
* Analyze workflows and standardize organizational processes.
* Undertake research.
* Responsible to create both internal & external stakeholder presentations for COO.
* Responsible for monitoring planning of functional areas.
* Participate in the MIS and Planning activity for the organization.
* Support in the creation of financial models for various functionalareas.
* Ensure timely and effective delivery of assigned tasks.
Skills, Educational Background and Experience Required.
* Post Graduate degree or Diploma from a recognized institute,
* 3-5 years of experience in Process Consulting/ IT Consulting(ProcessBackgrounds only)
* Exp in Project Management.
* Strong Qualitative background.
* Decion Makeng & problem Solving skills required.
* Understanding of process mapping.
* Enablement of processes.
* Strong understanding of Powerpoint, Word, Excel is required.
