Profile Snapshot:The incumbent will be driving L&D initiatives for the high-performing talent pool of the bank. Responsibilities will include design and conceptualizing various programs after identifying development needs for all the talent pool employees. This will involve engaging leading external agencies who specialize in such work to help in the design and/or delivery of the programs.
