Senior Consultant – Human Capital

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management and execution of multiple client engagements Supporting the objectives of the Human Capital practice in Ernst & Young, Romania and South East Europe. Building a team of consultants under him/her as required Ensuring quality and commercial processes (billings/collections) are run smoothly.

Primary Duties:
Understand business and economic developments of the client's business and industry to execute specific mandates with focus on quality and timelines. Work with the client and engagement team to assume execution lead for strategic solutions, and take ownership for their implementation. Support development of new service offerings and prepare presales pitches, approach papers and proposals. Network with industry leaders and professionals peers to provide business leads for the practice. Actively be involved in team building and mentoring. Engages well with clients and team. Demonstrate functional expertise in the areas of executive compensation, equity incentives, mergers and acquisitions (due diligence/integration), hr strategy/policy, employee engagement, talent attraction/retention, HR Outsourcing, setting up the HR function for a new company.

Contacts:
· Client engagement teams, particularly human capital staff, managers, senior managers, and partners, as well as personnel  providing services for other firm practice units (e.g., transaction advisory, assurance etc).

Client personnel, particularly HR/Compensation Managers and team members and Executive Team Members involved in the engagement

Education and Experience: 

Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management from IIM's, XLRI, TISS, Sybiosis, FMS or other leading
institutes in India or abroad. Prefer an engineering/science/commerce degree prior to MBA and prior work experience of 1-2 years before MBA.
Three -five years experience working as a consultant or as a HR professional in the industry. Stability and depth in prior
assignments will be an asset.
Hands on experience in Compensation, Performance Management/Equity Incentives, HR Strategy/Policy, Mergers &
Acquisitions, Employee Satisfaction/Communication, HR Outsourcing, Setting up the HR Function. Flair for presentations and documentation ( including computer applications).

part of the Corporate & Institutional Banking(CIB) team that manages corporate relationships with Multi-National Companies and Large
Local Corporates in Bangalore. The role requires a mix of skills, which will enable performance in a highly competitive and dynamic
market.

Primary responsibilities of the job

The jobholder will provide mid office support to the CIB Relationship team at Bangalore.

Primary responsibilities of the job are:

- To be the primary relationship manager for a part of the portfolio and achieve account profitability targets thereon through ongoing focused marketing efforts
- To utilize customer interface opportunities to maximize cross sales.
- To effectively run the mid office for the existing portfolio and meet day-to-day requirements of the customers for e.g close loan disbursals/ rollovers etc
- Liaise with the Global Relationship teams for obtaining relationship / transactional support.
- Provide Client Support (Operational / Service requirements) to BGE CIB Customers. This involves liaison with across departments
