Sr. Management Opening - Private Banking Credit Officer
Location: Dubai
2. Build an internal capability for advising on client credit requirements, including liaising with Private Bankers to understand each client's needs
3. Develop and/or improve credit policies and processes for Private Banking, working closely with the Bank's internal Credit and Risk departments to understand the process and requirements for smooth credit applications and approvals within defined service levels.
4. Ensure that all credit processes, procedures and approaches comply with the highest possible standards, including international/regional industry, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements.
5. Assume responsibility for Private Banking's lending processes, ensuring that all regulatory policies and procedures and SLAs are consistently updated and implemented.
6. To liaise closely with the existing Retail organization, understanding areas of synergy and leveraging existing capabilities where possible.
7. To develop and propose new and creative credit solutions for clients, allowing the Private Banking platform to offer the most appropriate lending options to its clients.
8. To train Private Bankers on credit-related matters, and work closely with them in order to ensure that the highest quality credit advice is offered to clients on a consistent basis.
9. To work closely with Private Bankers to determine pricing, terms and conditions for Private Banking credit facilities.
10. Responsible for administration and management of direct reports. The direct reports will be Credit team members.
This role requires an individual who has significant experience in building and leading Credit teams. Experience needs to include developing credit policies, processes and procedures, together with a creative approach to identifying new credit products and structures for HNW clients. (10+ years in Private Banking credit or in Corporate credit). Additional knowledge about the Middle East markets is a plus.
Qualifications:
The individual should have a degree from a recognized institution supplemented by appropriate professional qualifications. The individual should have significant experience (e.g 10 years minimum) of working in a credit environment within a recognized financial institution. Experience in Wholesale Banking is essential

Designation: Senior Manager --- HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR leadership and consultation to business leaders and line managers on the people-related matters impacting their business. Work collaboratively with business leaders and managers to provide innovative HR solutions, approaches, and value focused on driving the success of their business.
- Utilize Hewitt Services to provide and enhance service to their customers and Centers of Excellence to provide integrated, customized solutions to their business clients.
- Build ongoing relationships with business unit leaders and managers.
- Support and help implement strategy set by senior management team. Consult with, advice and assist managers in achieving business goals through appropriate interventions (e.g., change initiatives, people decisions, talent management and development, reward optimization, workforce planning, business diagnostics, productivity analyses, HR information and analysis, retention and engagement, employee communication, and HR programs and services).
- Provide advice and to counsel managers and employees on employee relations matters.
- Support organizational effectiveness through proper alignment of people, processes, structure and culture with business strategies. Participate in the establishment of BU plans to effectively communicate business strategies and objectives, and implement change initiatives designed to support those goals. Help align and integrate the strategic capabilities of the company's human resources with BU business plans.
- Help identify emerging human capital challenges within the BU and sponsor efforts to create improvement opportunities and effective solutions with business impact. Focus HR solutions on organizational outcomes and improve employee and organizational performance and productivity and delivers profit-impacting practices that achieve business results.
- Broker and utilize the corporation's HR network of resources (I.e. COEs, Hewitt, etc.) to develop optimal solutions to complex challenges. Help implement and manage HR resource solutions, programs and services for the business unit or segment, in collaboration with Centers of Excellence (organizational development, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation/rewards, talent acquisition and workforce planning, diversity, and learning and development) to maximize the achievement of short and long-range business objectives.
Experience and Qualification:
- 10-12+ years experience HR and/or OD experience in generalist, business partner and/or management roles.
- Would have worked with a Multinational organization, exposed to best in standard HR practices, ideally have had experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Preferably, have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or related field required.
- Preference for experience in all HR functional areas, a strong emphasis in organizational effectiveness and leadership development, and experience working in an HR role with a shared service delivery.
- Experience handling 400 - 500 people across multiple processes.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Good at numbers and doing presentations to larger group and to leadership team.
- Can work independently and takes proactive initiatives.
- High Drive for results and can deal with ambiguity.

Role & Responsibilities:-
- The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, converting & developing successful business relationships with Banks, FII's, MFs, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Hedge Funds & other Institutional Investor segments in the Asia-Pacific region specifically in HK/Singapore
- The Incumbent would engage Portfolio Managers and Buy-Side Analysts of Institutions in the Asian Region (HK/Singapore) to execute significant equity trades in the Indian Market and achieve assigned business targets
- Work in tandem with the research team & dealers, communicate with clients and provide services based on their needs.
Requirements:-
- 6-7 Years of Institutional Equity Sales, Minimum 1-2 years experience in Singapore/HK/Asian market.
- Predominantly Sell Side Experience will be preferred
- Essentials include an exceptional knowledge of professional and institutional trading, strong analytical and communication skills and a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge on the Asian Markets, Regional guidelines and regulations as applicable.
