Head of Telecom Projects

 BE / BTech in Telecommunications / Networking with minimum 8-10 years experience in Project Management, Telecom Sales & Networking including 2-3 years as Head of Telecom Projects and should have managed a team of atleast 10-12 Sales / Service Engineers.  Should have experience in leading the design and implementation of networking and telecommunications solutions. Experience with network and telecom technology, including data, VOIP, routing, PBX, MPLS is a must.

 Responsibilities:

 Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

  • Network and Telecommunications Solution Design and Management.
  • Collaborate with department members to design data communication network and telecommunications solutions to meet business challenges and requirements.
  • Design & implementation of voice and data communications network and telecommunication hardware and software.
  • Manage all activities of the Telecom Project department including Sales, Project implementations & maintenance.
  • New business development and expanding the product range.
  • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Conduct one-on-one review with Sales Executives to build more effective communications and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations for major clients.
  • Assist Sales/Service engineers in preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Senior Advisor - Financial Analyst - Investment Banking

Reporting to : Executive Director – General Reserve

Location:Kuwait

Qualification:CPA or CFA

Experience Required:

-Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably including 3 years in Arab financial markets

-Knowledge of economics and the drivers of different sectors

-Understanding of the balance of risk and return

-Understanding the drivers of Emerging Market Debt, what constitutes a good investment in developing countries

Responsibilities:

# Opportunity selection

-To develop an opportunity selection process, which includes:

            *Analysis required to evaluate proposed investments

            *Hurdle rates and, where possible, risk-return trade-off criteria

-To maintain a detailed knowledge of equity and equity fund manager market place and market/economic developments in the Arab world (including Kuwait)

-To analyse proposed new local investment fund launches, and investing where appropriate

-To analyse other Arab stock markets for fund investments, investing where appropriate
