Reporting To:Director – Equities Department
Location:Kuwait
Qualification: CPA or CFA
Experience required:
-Minimum 10 years experience in the financial markets of which 5 years experience is in international equities (Asian, European, American)
-Knowledge of fund management industry, financial markets and economics.
-Understanding performance and risk, the balance between them and the drivers of portfolio performance
Responsibilities:
-To advise, assess and monitor performance and portfolio management activities of Equity Managers.
-Monitor closely the global macro economic developments in the market. Asess and analyze data and advise the Director about their impact on the Equity markets.
-Monitor "developing economic themes" and consider their impact on financial markets.
-Assist in identification, search and assessment of potential EFMs
-Develop policies and procedures for monitoring of EFMs
-Review, monitor and assess performance reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
