HUMAN CAPITAL / TRANSFORMATION TEAM –TEAM LEAD
Would like to engage a Team Lead to lead the transformation in the branches with respect to the human capital.The responsibilities of the Team Lead would include:
Guiding and managing all people related services, polices and programs.
- Develop such programs, policies and systems as to make the model excel in its mission and sustainable.
- Develop systems for setting bench marks and monitoring performance through various developmental tools.
- Update the senior leadership team in all people related issues and new developments in the field.
- Assist the leadership in guiding and establishing best practices. Build the team in alignment with the vision and mission of the Trust.
- Ensure development and dissemination of information to the team/ leadership team through necessary MIS/ communication.
- Create and monitor annual budgets for the people factor ,including spends for training and development, rewards and recognition, staff welfare, advertising etc.
- Engage in organizational developmental activities, and performance management systems and guide goal setting processes.
- Work with the Transformation team of the Trust to design, develop where required, or outsource, all training and development programs for the Wealth Managers and the KGFS team.
- Establish measurements that support the development and achievement of organizational strategic goals.
Qualification and Experience:
Essential:A higher level / Master's / professional degree in management, with a specialization in Human Resources. Interest in academia, and an exposure to research in areas of people management and psychology. 10- 15 years experience in the function. Preferably in a position of handling franchisees / retail.
Desirable:Experience in or exposure to micro-finance and the not-for-profit sector. Please email your CV to us in Word format mentioning your current CTC and Expected CTC.
