Job Description
v Job responsibility includes client interaction, requirements gathering, process documentation, metrics creation, task estimation and task tracking.
v Expertise in client interaction, capturing and analyzing requirements for various financial software solutions and creating functional documents
Candidate Specs:
v The candidate should either be B.E/ M.B.A (Premier Institutes preferred) with around 4-8 years of relevant post qualification experience.
v Domain experience in - BFSI (Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Risk, Payments)
v Demonstrated leadership skills needed to create, develop, train, motivate and communicate with a diversified work force and promote diversity in all respects.
v Must have the ability to influence outcomes and build strong relationships.
v Must have strong, proven people management skills, handling cross functional, cross cultural teams, project management and co-ordination abilities,
v Should be able to operate in a global environment. Must possess ability to drive change at a global level.
v Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interact with senior leadership, multiple employee levels /business partners/customers etc.,
v Must possess strong problem solving, planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement, innovation and should have successfully worked on quality projects.
v Prior experience in using quality tools and methodology will be an added advantage.
