The Business Development Executive (BDE) identifies business development opportunities across the country and develops and executes sales strategies for these accounts. Your key role will be to create and nurture strong relationships with key corporate customers, understanding their requirements and positioning the company as a preferred partner.Using pro-active research, analysis and market surveys you will identify leads for growth opportunities and evolve market penetration strategies to achieve targets. You will also be required to conduct briefings with clients regularly to keep them updated on newswire solutions that the organisation can offer. You will report to the head of the India organisation who in turn reports to the APAC sales head.
*Your profile*
You must have a post graduate degree in business administration, economics or finance followed by 2 to 5 years of experience in business development in financial services, having sold financial products or services to banks, mutual funds, broking firms or similar organisations in this industry. Exposure to information products / subscription based services will be an advantage.
