The primary job responsibilities of Research Analyst (RA) would fall into three categories:
(1) collecting, analyzing and synthesizing information that serve as critical inputs to client service teams; (2) developing expertise in the banking domain, to partner and lead knowledge and (3) staffing on client engagements as a knowledge professional either remote or on-site. Such on-site staffing could be domestic or global in nature.
As a RA you will be expected to possess a reasonably good understanding of industry trends/issues in the areas of retail banking & asset management and should have an inclination to build distinctive expertise in the areas of retail banking. You will work with consultants and fellow researchers on analysis that requires in-depth research, data modeling and client-ready presentation material.
Qualifications
MBAs from reputed business schools having specialisation in Finance, with 1-2 years of work experience in retail banking sector in the field of Relationship management or in credit operations and having a strong academic record.
Strong understanding of banking concepts and in-depth knowledge of financial products and/or banking operations and sound knowledge of industry issues and competitive trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
