Overview:
The Statistical Analyst will develop in depth analyses of all factors affecting call volume, average handle time, Phone off time, attrition
forecasts and centrally manage the creation of FTE allocations for business segments. The major role of the Statistical Analyst is to be proactive in delivering value-added data/analytical services to the Call Center's Management Team. These activities include and are not limited to monitoring service level agreements with forecast input providers, call volume activity, and forecasting of all scheduling drivers to alert management of potential problems and recommend alternative solutions to ensure a high degree of customer experience is maintained. The incumbent is also responsible for working closely with the Finance Department in providing management reporting relative to the Call Center's annual budget which includes providing valuable business insight to the Call Center's monthly business review prepared for senior management.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Masters in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, and Operations Research required.

1 to 3 Years of statistical analysis and time series modeling

Experience in Statistical Forecasting Techniques like ARIMA, GARCH techniques

Must have skill sets: SAS Base and SAS ETS

Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

PC Skills: MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Access

Decision Support Tools: IEX, TCS, Crystal, Brio

Familiarity with Database Marketing and Data Warehouse analytical techniques

Ability to think both tactically and strategically ("Out of the box")

Ability to work under pressure to satisfy tight project deadlines

Quick decision making skills and strong business intuition combined with a strong organization

Strong Knowledge of Call Center Operations desired
