The Role
You will lead consulting engagements as part of a global team and will ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client. You will develop and maintain contacts with top decision makers at key clients and lead the proposal development process. You will be responsible for ensuring that the clients derive maximum value from their people through innovative business-oriented approaches to the human capital elements of the enterprise including workforce support and enablement and the management of change.
The person
You should be an MBA from a premier business school, with approx. 10 - 14 years of post qualification experience. A significant part of your career should be in HR consulting with exposure in client facing roles and delivery in human performance offerings such as Knowledge Management or Talent Management .
