Job Description
Supervise recruitment activity in line with the approved HR budget 
Work with Partner group for sourcing & selection of senior management positions
Facilitate new joiner induction and orientation into the Firm
Manage employee relations through pro-active interventions Work with Function Head & Partner group on people issues – drive retention strategies
Deploy PMS (Dialogue) within the Function
Implement "EoC" initiatives
Assist HOD to review HR performance within the function across locations

Location: Bangalore (8-12 years), Pune (4-8years), Mumbai (5-8 years)
Educational Req: MBA - HR
Experience Req: 4-12 years (depending on location)
Compensation: As per industry standards
