For a Private Equity player based in Delhi and Bangalore, we are looking for MBA/CA with private equity or investment banking background.
1.Responsible for entire life cycle of projects, i.e. environment scanning,research, evaluating, structuring, finalizing and bring deals to sign off stage, monitoring progress, portfolio management, managing exits
2.Critical Success Parameters would be deal Execution, Deal Sourcing and Effective people leadership
3. Ideally from PE space. Alternatively,from Investment Banking side.Experience of Deal Structuring-Negotiation & Execution in Investment Banking side could also be considered.
4. Should have handled good bandwidth of deals [simple to complex] in nature
5. Hands on in all the aspects of handling/managing a project's lifecycle
6. Should have excellent client relationship management skills
