The job would involve providing consultation and solutions to the consulting assignments, designed to meet the identified consulting needs. The domain of consultation needs would range from formulation of HR policies to HR transformations (Mergers and acquisitions). The Ideal candidate should be from leading business schools having 3+ years of relevant experience. Current CTC should be in the Range of 7-13 lakhs
