Role: Business Analyst

Job Description

v      Job responsibility includes client interaction, requirements gathering, process documentation, metrics creation, task estimation and task tracking.

v      Expertise in client interaction, capturing and analyzing requirements for various financial software solutions and creating functional documents

 

 

Candidate Specs:

v      The candidate should either be B.E/ M.B.A (Premier Institutes preferred) with around 4-8 years of relevant post qualification experience.

v      Domain experience in - BFSI (Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Risk, Payments)

v      Demonstrated leadership skills needed to create, develop, train, motivate and communicate with a diversified work force and promote diversity in all respects.

v      Must have the ability to influence outcomes and build strong relationships.

v      Must have strong, proven people management skills, handling cross functional, cross cultural teams, project management and co-ordination abilities,

v      Should be able to operate in a global environment. Must possess ability to drive change at a global level.

v      Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interact with senior leadership, multiple employee levels /business partners/customers etc.,

v      Must possess strong problem solving, planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement, innovation and should have successfully worked on quality projects.

v      Prior experience in using quality tools and methodology will be an added advantage.

ACCOUNTABILITIES : Delivers Pre-sales support and solution architecture recommendation for analytical components of Solutions  (includes, but is not limited to: Data Mining, Statistics, Forecasting, Optimization and Mathematical programming. Qualifies selling opportunities of analytical components. Presents / Positions the right product and product architecture to the client. Translates business case into quantifiable deliverables by virtue of business domain knowledge. Translates deliverables into analytical techniques on the basis of statistical / optimization knowledge. Translates the above techniques into solution architecture. Scoping & dependency analysis for the above.

Business Development Roles

The Business Development Executive (BDE) identifies business development opportunities across the country and develops and executes sales strategies for these accounts. Your key role will be to create and nurture strong relationships with key corporate customers, understanding their requirements and positioning the company as a preferred partner.Using pro-active research, analysis and market surveys you will identify leads for growth opportunities and evolve market penetration strategies to achieve targets.
