Job Purpose:
-Conduct various analysis/ segmentations to identify areas of revenue increase as well as expense reduction.
-Apply scorecard, modeling and other decisioning techniques to attain the following:

(a) Increase cards portfolio activation rate using optimal portfolio interventions as well as usage promos.
(b) Attrition management and balance growth via pro-active sales management.
(c) Identify opportunities through customer segmentation and base expansion to increase insurance (life and general) penetration in cards portfolio and increase productivity of tele-calling efforts.
(d) Liaise with cards product team to increase value proposition of existing products and assist in new product development for customer delight.
(e) Design and build tools to forecast product profitability with simulation capabilities.
