Position: Senior Consultant-Human Capital Services (HR Advisory Services)
Location: Qatar
A Senior Consultant in the Human Capital services team will be involved in the following types of engagement:
· Organizational Realignment and Design
· Job Grading and Compensation Design
· Job Profiling and Description Design
· Human Resources and Administration Manual Development
· Short and Long Term Incentive Scheme Design
· Competency Profiling
· Performance Management Framework Design
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of methodologies and standards.
- Ensure engagements are executed in accordance with the firm's methodologies, guidance and professional standards.
- Complete assigned work on a timely basis.
- Ensure the technical correctness of all assigned work products/deliverable.
- Identify opportunities during assignments and bring these to the attention of the Manager for action.
- Understand the budgeting process during the proposal phase and the relevance of time/cost management during every engagement.
- Prepare professional proposals based on client requirements.
- Carryout internal administrative tasks such as client and engagement acceptance procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong HR management understanding.
- Strong report writing skill.
- 3-5 years experience in Human Capital consultancy, preferably at a Big 4 accounting firm.
