Responsibility for complete delivery of projects for one or more clients leading a team of 8-10 people
Responsibilities
- Manages execution of hypothesis-based analytics with sound results
- Demonstrates ability to oversee multiple analytic efforts and quality checks concurrently
- Coaches team members in preparing final deliverables
- Takes a "macro" view of the industry and incorporates into the team
- Generates innovative approaches to address business problems
- Translates objectives into hypotheses and team work plans with discrete modules
- Sets overall conceptual framework and approach
- Demonstrating commitment to Planning and Discipline
- Manages global teams and resources as needed
- Ensures that team members are focused on delivery goals Understand client needs/ requirements for ongoing service
- Prepares and educates client to ensure that assignment hand-off results in successful execution

- Experience in delivering IT/Analytics services to retail and CPG industries
- Manage expectations of clients and develop relationships
- Demonstrates people management experience in grooming and mentoring team members
- Project management for analytics projects
- Bachelors or Masters in engineering or sciences
