Reporting:

High Level Job Description is as below:
- Vendor Finance Management:
-- Contract Pricing Reviews, PO's, Payment Approvals, Monthly Accruals -- Track Offshore Movement & Vendor Migration -- Analyze cost reduction in vendor spend plan vs actual -- Timely use of service credits with no lapses
- I2I Hub Finance Management: -- Budget for costs in coming year, variance analysis -- T&L Approval
- International Cost Center Management: -- Managing Financial Reporting of Remote Locations (Dubai, Moscow, Midrand, Almaty)

Job Description:

1. Design, review and make recommendation for specific C&B programs and policies.
2. Manage the annual benefits enrollment process and merit planning for the organization.
3. Develop effective approaches on Annual increments,R&R, retention plans and Deferred Compensation.
Implement and Ensure logical closure of same with accuracy and within budgets.
4. Introduce need based policies; Review existing policies on periodic basis and implement changes;participate in Internal & External benefits surveys
5. Improve communication of policies and benefits through Benefits campaigns; Policy clarification sessions for the HR and Resourcing team.
6. Assist benefits design group to negotiate benefit contracts with local vendors.
7. Ensure effective and periodic analytics and MIS support on periodic and need basis. Ensure automation of all critical C&B requirements.
8. Assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of the organization's compensation and benefit plans to optimize plan design and recruitment and retention initiatives, including continuous market analysis and review of employee opinions through surveys and exit
feedback.
9. Ensure plans and programs are in compliance with local regulations
10.Keep abreast of external environment for emerging trends, regulatory changes, best practices and highlights to management as appropriate.

Desired Profile:
1. A strategic bent of mind and ability to understand business needs and conceptualize initiatives linked to that.
2. Extensive experience in compensation and benefit plan design and delivery
3.Should have experience of strategy, analysis,design, implementation and administration of the organizations with compensation and benefits programs.
4. Good Communication skills for presenting analyses, articulating presentations, reports and policy. Good
persuasion skills for implementation and closures
5.Good people skills as the role involve a lot of people interaction and coordination.
6. MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Business Schools mandatory.

The Market Segmentation person is accountable for supporting the development, monitoring and reporting of the market segmentation across the global markets, in order to drive profitable revenues via the sales channels.

Key personal qualities:
To facilitate the development and implementation of the Global Services Country/segment/vertical marketing plans by utilising marketing tools capability to translate business objectives into pragmatic, customer focused and profitable products and propositions.
