Our client a leading Big4 is looking for Consultant/Sr.Consultant for their Business Advisory Group in Qatar.Pls find below the JD.
The current requirement is for the Financial Services section. The following are the requirements:
1. MBA or CA
2. Experience in Big 4 or with other business consulting service providers
3. Experience - 1 - 4 years of post qualification experience( 1 - 3 years - Consultant, 3 -4 years - senior Consultant)
Skills:
1. Process analysis - Documentation, development of process flowcharts, identification of process bottlenecks, identification of duplicate and redundant processes, measurement of process cost and efficiency, root cause analysis, reduction of paper and documentation
2. Risk and control assessment of the processes
3. Process design - Development of the processes that will rectify the process weakness and manage risks
4. Process re-engineering.
5. Project management (Senior Consultant Only)
6. Report writing and development of power point presentations
7. Strong communication skills
Prefer person with process experience in financial services vertical.
