Position: Manager HR (Talent Acquisition)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: +4 years (recruitment experience preferred)
Profile:
This position would belong to the Band 6 in the company and will be predominately looking into the Strategic aspect of Talent management & Acquisition for only senior level requirements and not bulk hiring. This position would be entirely handling Talent Management & Acquisition of around 11-13 processes of the bank and also would be acting as a HR business partner for them. The position would be directly in touch with the Head of departments and the Deputy CEO as well.
