Job Description:
* Conduct of annual Engagement and periodic dipstick surveys
* Mgmt of the engagement life-cycle including actionizing, communication of feedback, tracking change thus leading to high engagement levels
* Designing a framework for engagement and communication
* Training Managers on communication framework and methods to continuously engage with staff
* Develop mis / reports and tracking mechanisms
* Designing innovative mechanisms to promote employee engagement through communication and connect initiatives
Skills/ Experience
* Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in HR with 4-6 yrs experience from any reputed organization.
* Excellent Communication Skills – written and verbal
* Ability to train/engage participants during focused training
* Good interpersonal skills
* Creativity in exploring/implementing new road maps to improve retention and employee engagement.
