Innovation Manager - FMCG

The position will report to Director – Marketing directly.

Key Accountabilities
-Develop strategic understanding of brand innovation needs and new opportunities based on consumer trends
-Lead Idea generation process to feed into a robust and sustainable Innovation funnel
-Lead the consumer validation process at all stage gates and deliver to the agreed Innovation calendar
-Finalize the marketing mix development in dialogue with category teams
-Own the final consumer validation of all initiatives
-Own the first 12 month performance metrics of all new initiatives
-Develop a medium term innovation strategy for each portfolio
-Identify key capabilities required to realize the innovation strategy

-Global Innovation Team
-Supply Chain & Technical Teams
-Category Teams
-Market Research agencies
-Packaging/ Design agencies
-Advertising agency
Expected Skills
-MBA with major in Marketing
-Experience in Global companies in Innovation with strong process knowledge
-Proven track record with at least 6 years experience, of which at least 2 years in Innovation where the candidate has been responsible for end-to-end delivery of taking new product ideas to in-market delivery
-Strong sense of ownership and pride to drive execution
-Team and Partner Management skills
