Position: Head-Service
Location: Bangalore.
1. Manages a team of Client service Managers who are primarilyresponsible for servicing preferred banking clients w.r.t banking needs.
2. Is responsible for achieving targets allocated to his / her team across client service standards set by the bank.
3. Maximizes effectiveness in managing customer traffic in lobby
4. Leadership and Team Management: Provides guidance to the team to help them perform better and achieve their individual goals and the team goal at a more ground level. People development
5. Maintain high level of knowledge self and across team thereby ensuring performance in knowledge assessment exercise as per desired level and nominating team to training programs.
6. Client Coverage of the top end clients (CAT A) of the branch.
7. Ensure adherence, by self and team, to business etiquette & grooming standards laid down by the bank
8. Responsible for the look and feel and upkeep of the HNI Wealth lobby (measured through Mystery Shopping)
9. Maximize cross sell opportunities
Required:
1.MBA with 6-8 yrs of relevant experience from a reputed Bank.
2.Should have team handling experience.
